My main motive here is to explain this article in regard to myself that some of you have read. The article you've read is only an "OPINION", that contains untrue information that was provided by James Michael Casey's defense counsel and placed on the Louisiana Supreme Court's Website, because it is what was used for Mr. Casey's appeal process, in which he lost. Mr. Casey is now on death row and has exhausted all of his appeals for murdering this most precious child that I adored and loved with all my heart. I loved her as my own due to her background of abuse and neglect. Being that I am divorced and single at the time, I was a prime target for his defense counsel and investigator to point a finger at in their attempt to make the jury believe another person possibly killed this child. Some of the information contained in the article about me is a total fabrication of the defense counsel and his investigator's twisted and sick minds, and their last attempt to keep this man, James Michael Casey, from Lethal Injection. The article is the "OPINION" only, and presented to the Louisiana Supreme Court by Mr. Casey's defense team for Mr. Casey's appeal process. (The Louisiana Supreme Courts answer to this appeal are close to the bottom of the article.) Unfortunately for myself, this "OPINION" is public record, and is hosted by the Louisiana Supreme Court's website of public records. I have attempted every possible scenario to have it either edited or removed to protect my integrity, however, being it is indeed public record, all of my attempts to have it removed from the web have been exhausted, minus filing suit against the Louisiana Supreme Court, which I plan to do in the future. This "OPINION" has been extremely painful and hurtful to me personally because it does not contain the truth, and furthermore, there is no article available from the Bossier Parish Prosecutor in my defense. My testimony helped to convict Mr. Casey, and in court my integrity was completely restored by the prosecutor in this case, however and unfortunately for myself, this record isn't available online. This is the sort of thing in life that every man dreads happening to himself, and if you have an open mind at all, please understand both sides of this. What has occurred here to me is a man's worst nightmare and all one can do is try and defend his integrity in any manner he can. If this "OPINION" interests you, in regard to my personal integrity, then PLEASE, read the entire article before passing judgement in regard to me. The end of the article restores my integrity by the Louisiana Supreme Court's Justices. One can only imagine how difficult this has been on me. To have loved someone as I did, and not have any peace or respect after loosing her. It's been the most painful feeling I've ever known, especially by those who have doubted me.
